It's been another busy week here at A Badge Of Friendship! As well as our rebrand and launch of our shiny new website, there's been some fantastic new releases from Kevin Pearce, Bad Wave, Superego and Jack Ellis

Kevin Pearce's Plastic Man is inspired by the hideous misuse, overuse and general abuse of plastic and its environmental impact. The track flows with glitchy beats and twinkling hooks, juxtaposing a sense of foreboding with uptempo melodies and intricate layers of instrumentation.

Plastic Man is out now via Dharma Records.

Bad Wave reflect on what it means to be a 'Good Son'!

Written as an ode to mothers everywhere, Bad Wave's Good Son describes the relationship between mother and son and how it cannot always be an easy ride. It showcases the duo’s effortless ability to combine woozy electronics with indie rock hooks, creating something akin to that of Metronomy or Hot Chip.

Good Son is out now.

Having announced themselves to the world through the release of their multi-layered debut single SleepSuperego have now unveiled the video to accompany the track. Shot live at DIY's Big Indie Big Nights showcase at Two Tribes Brewing, the video further highlights why the band have been marked out as ones to watch.
