Moments In Time is the debut album from Architects Of Grace. Written and recorded largely by Duncan Robert Illing, it demonstrates strength and substance, a soundtrack to a rollercoaster of experiences. The record also shows a determination to succeed totally independently. Moments In Time is an accomplished debut and demands your ears.

While the album is mostly self-produced, Duncan was honoured to work with the legendary producer Dave M Allen (The Cure, Psychedelic Furs, The Chameleons, Sisters Of Mercy) on "Oceans Of The Heart" and "Tonight" and Phil English (Biffy Clyro) on the guitar assault of Hot White Sun. They can now add Architects Of Grace to their impressive portfolio.

Architects Of Grace was born from a need for Duncan to bring a breadth of ideas, visions and songs to life. He began writing and recording demos at home in 2008, the material grew stronger, admirers gathered and in 2009 there was a self-financed debut single - Hot White Sun. This soon sold out and was re-pressed in 2010.

2010 was all about writing and recording the debut album, Moments In Time. During this period Duncan expanded his vision, and sought out like-minded musicians and friends to help bring his material to the masses, taking the opportunity to spread his creation as part of a collective. While the album is a product of one man's vision, the band exists as a group for live performances and sessions.

The album features the single Reflection (released 4th April) and the aforementioned album teaser giveaway track "Oceans Of The Heart", both of which having already caused an online storm, appearing on publications such as Alter The Press, This Is Fake DIY and Artrocker.com. Meanwhile, tracks like "Midnight To Midnight" bring a more electronic sound.

Moments In Time was released digitally via Procession Records on 11th April 2011, with a physical CD release due on 30th May 2011. It's sure to propel Architects Of Grace into position as one of the most innovative acts of the decade. Having already drawn comparison to musical pioneers David Bowie and Trent Reznor, it's only a matter of time before the world takes notice.
